We value your satisfaction and take pride in providing you with high-quality imitation jewellery.

Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

🛍️ Returns

Due to the nature of imitation jewellery and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received the wrong item.

If any of the above apply, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or unboxing video evidence at:

🔁 Replacement / Exchange

If your claim is approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement for the same product, or

  • A store credit / coupon for future purchases (if the same item is unavailable).

Conditions for Replacement:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags and labels must be intact.

  • The return pickup will be arranged by us if applicable.

💸 Refunds

Refunds are provided only if a replacement is not possible.
Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

🚚 Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

⚠️ Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Earrings

  • Nose pins

  • Hair accessories

  • Any custom or made-to-order jewellery
