1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 6–7 business days from the time of purchase.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During sale events or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Partners

We use trusted courier and logistics partners, including:

  • Delhivery

  • Other reliable local couriers as needed

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly displayed on the website.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location and shipping method:

Other Cities / Towns 5–10 business days
Remote Areas / Villages 7–14 business days

*Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website using the tracking ID.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Orders cannot be shipped outside Maharashtra until GST registration is complete.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • BellaFab is not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner.

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will assist in coordinating with the courier partner for resolution or replacement as per our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Important Notes

  • Ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

  • Orders cannot be shipped outside Maharashtra until GST registration is complete.

  • Orders cannot be delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses, and BellaFab is not responsible for such failed deliveries.
