  • BellaFab sells imitation and fashion jewellery for women through our online store.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Services without our express written permission.

  • We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services without prior notice.

  • All prices, offers, and product availability are subject to change at any time.

2. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that you:

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3. Products and Orders

  • We make every effort to display product images, colors, and descriptions accurately, but slight variations may occur.

  • Prices are final and do not include GST, as PSP Enterprises is not currently GST registered.

  • Orders placed can only be shipped within Maharashtra.

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for reasons such as stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspicious transactions.

  • Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • We accept online payments through secure gateways such as Razorpay, Shopify Payments, and PayU.

  • By submitting your payment information, you authorize us (and our third-party processors) to process the transaction.

  • We are not responsible for any issues arising from payment failures or delays due to your bank, internet connection, or payment provider.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped via trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Shiprocket, or other logistics providers.

  • Delivery is currently restricted to Maharashtra only.

  • Estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout; however, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused during transit, though we will assist you in resolving such issues with the courier partner.

6. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Our products are carefully checked before dispatch.
Due to hygiene reasons, imitation jewellery is non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except for defective or wrong items received.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The BellaFab name and logo are trademarks of PSP Enterprises, with trademark registration in process.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use any material from our website without prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations;

  • Post or transmit harmful, abusive, or misleading content;

  • Upload viruses or malicious code; or

We use third-party tools and partners such as Shopify, Razorpay, and Delhivery to operate our store.
Your data shared through these services is governed by their respective privacy policies.
We are not responsible for any issues arising from these third-party platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product purchased.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
